The Reza Radiotherapy and Oncology Centre (RROC) beside of its development plan, has recently implemented a comprehensive in-site training plan based on ROMPs abilities and the Department requirement. This study is a comparison of the domestic plan with others developed by AAPM, CAMPEB, ACPSEM etc.   Materials and Methods: Evaluating all potential and appropriate residency Continuous Performance Development plans designed for ROMPs, a combination of all available plans were elected. At the first step, several competencies for all areas were designed. The overall time for the program is designed for two years.   Results & Conclusion: Due to the lack of a comprehensive clinical training program, RROC plan can be nominated as one of the potential plans for residency program in Iran based on the requirement and developments.
